ISS-5 摘

5. A nation should require all its student to study the same national curriculum until they enter college rather than allow schools in different parts of the nation to determine which academic courses to offer.

Keys: same national curriculum different parts

A.Different regions, especially larger countries, maintain diverse cultures, educational backgrounds, habits and economic levels. It is impractical and presumptuous to impose the same requirements and criteria on populations who do not undergo the same social experience.

B. At present, no society can guarantee all students the opportunity to go to college. It is quite necessary to provide various technical skills to students across the nation who are not expecting a higher education.

C.Nevertheless, fundamental knowledge, social skills and moral education should be instilled in every high school student before conferring the title of 'graduate'.
